I wanted to be sure you have your "Homestead Exemption Forms".
I recommend filling out A.S.A.P and certify mailing the form. You will need to have it submitted during the month of January [only if you were in the house by January 1]. I also recommend that you certify mail it so that you can confirm receipt and validate incase there are any issues later.
